About Chef

After dropping out of an architecture degree at UCL London in the late 1990s, he began his classical training in restaurants, including at the Michelin starred Gravetye Manor. From 2000 he worked as a private chef in welknown restaurant, where he gained extensive knowledge of the local, seasonal food.
